@Eric, The first thing I'd recommend is to pull the board out, and reseat every socketed chip. This will probably fix your problem. You likely have a ROM chip that worked its way loose, or got some slight corrosion on the chip legs. You can remove them with a small flat screwdriver, by slowly prying each end of the chip out, a little at a time. Pry one end slightly, then the other, then back, etc until it comes out, being careful not to break off a leg. Handle it very carefully. You can then clean the chip legs with an old pencil eraser or a Q*Tip dipped in rubbing alcohol (isopropyl). Then replace it in the same direction as you removed it. You can tell by looking at the "notch" on the top edge of the end of one side of the chip and pointing it the same direction as the other chips on the board. They will all line up the same way. This whole thing sounds harder than it really is. It's a real easy fix.

I own this game. I bought it back in 96 or 97 from a guy in Columbus, Ohio. I should say, "kid". He had his parents basement FILLED with old arcade games he refurbished. I bought the game from him for $600. I loved it as a kid and vowed to one day own one. Unfortunately, up until last year, I really never had room for this game, so it stayed at my parents house for atleast 10 years. I now have it in my home but it has a bad Slave Rom and doesnt work properly .I have no idea how to repair this or if i can. I am wondering if a good cleaning is all it needs. Jeff, I am wondering if you have any knowledge or tips on this matter?

thanks!
